So earlier today I was taking off my nailpolish when my sister scared me and made me spill the whole bottle on the floor. We imedietly cleaned it up but it still smells a lot like nailPolish remover. Is it okay if I sleep in the room?

I think you'd get one hell of a headache if you kept inhaling the fumes.

Clean the carpet and it should be much better:

Mix one tablespoon of liquid hand dishwashing detergent with two cups of warm water.
Using a clean cloth, sponge the stain with the detergent solution.
Blot until the liquid is absorbed.
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until the stain disappears.
Sponge with cold water and blot dry.
