A deficiency in copper, niacin (vitamin B3), folic acid, the essential fatty acids, and zinc causes diarrhea. and then since you have diarrhea, you are loosing still other nutrients, because diarrhea doesn't let your body to ABSORB nutrients and then you can become low in iron and vitamin B12 (which if you don't have enough of these nutrients, you can get very dizzy). A deficiency in vitamin B12 and zinc also causes low stomach acid (which isn't a good thing!) and this causes gas. A deficiency in iron, vitamin B12, and folic acid causes headaches.
Drink all-natural fresh coconut juice, because this replaces electrolytes (health food stores, like Whole Foods, sell them), take a multivitamin, and make sure you are eating healthy!
